Ryan Louder is a London-based artist whose work is a natural talent amplified by a rare neurological condition identified by neurologists at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals, London-Narcolepsy with REM intrusion. Ryan's brain remains locked in REM (dream state) while awake, resulting in vivid hallucinations that he instinctively captures on canvas. These experiences guide each decision and the direction of every brushstroke.

In many of Ryan's paintings, you might notice images within images within images-an intricate layering that reflects the complexity of his dream state. What you see are dreams being painted as they unfold in real-time.

These unique experiences inspire Ryan's art, resulting in intricate and layered pieces that explore the depths of the subconscious. Each work offers a glimpse into a world where reality and dreams coexist.
